Mr. Jim Hargis, President and Principal Consultant,

Mr. Hargis' 30-year career has been dedicated to the innovation,
design, development and implementation of AM/FM/GIS technology for
more than 200 utility companies and local governments. His expertise
includes: mobile GIS, cost-benefit and feasibility studies, management
consulting, strategic planning, business process engineering, systems
specifications, I.T. strategic planning, RFP and contract specifications,
vendor evaluation and negotiation, system integration, software
requirements, database design and development, product research
design development, vendor data migrations, document management
systems, surveying, photogrammetry, automated map data conversion,
and project management (to budget of $11 million). Mr. Hargis' GIS
implementation and development experience includes Intergraph FRAMME,
GE NS/Smallworld, various ESRI products, and systems based on Autodesk,
IBM, Vision and others.
Mr.
Hargis actively participated in the startup of Convergent Group,
Intergraph Corp.'s Utility Group, and Computer Graphics Company.
His project experience assisted hundreds of electric, gas, telecommunications
and municipal organizations.
Mr.
Hargis holds a BS in Physics from Rice University, and an MBA from
University of Denver. He served as Treasurer of AM/FM International
(now GITA) in its first year; and has contributed a dozen papers,
presentations and seminars since then. Mr. Hargis developed and
patented essential technology for automated map generation from
facilities database. The book, "Pioneers of GIS", Chapter profiles
his contributions. Professional interests include computational
geometry, IEEE Computer Graphics, American Association of Individual
Investors.
Mr. Eric Knouse, Principal, Vice President of Business Development,

Mr.
Knouse has more than 27 years in the GIS industry. Sales responsibilities
include serving as the primary liaison from the initial contact
to contract award. At IGS, Inc., Mr. Knouse developed third-party
vendor relationships, highlighted by contributing to the successful
closure of a worldwide distribution agreement with Lucent Technologies.
Mr.
Knouse's broad range of business experience includes positions as
co-founder and Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Manager of
Business Development, and Operations Project Manager at Connex*
Technologies, MobileForce Technologies, Information + Graphics Systems,
and UGC Consulting. In these leadership roles, his responsibilities
included developing first-to-market business initiatives across
a variety of industries, including telecommunications, electric,
and gas utilities in North America, Europe, and Asia.
In
the last three years, Mr. Knouse has focused on developing new business
opportunities for startup companies, including system integration
companies, switch-based communication software suppliers, and an
ASP dispatch application Software Company for field force automation.
He led the deployment of a sales force automation tool for the North
American and European sales force.
Aaron Hayes, Vice President, Systems Development,

Mr. Hayes is the principal designer and developer for the TruckMap*™ system, and leads the development team through a highly productive
and structured process of requirements, design, development, testing,
acceptance, deployment and support.
Mr.
Hayes' experience since 1996 includes System Administrator and Network
Administrator for United States Geological Survey, Online Instructor
for Digital Education Systems, and positions as Software Engineer,
Sr. Software Engineer, Systems Manager and Project Leader for har*GIS
LLC. Mr. Hayes' broad technical expertise includes:

GPS, cross-platform implementation, client/Server implementation,
XML integration, multiple communications systems, and spatial
database implementation.

programming, UML, GDPro.

Ron Bereit, Director of Industry Applications,

As a Senior Consultant, and with 30 years of utility industry business and systems experience to draw on, Mr. Bereit is a Subject Matter Expert in Work Management and Engineering Management Applications, and Business Process and Functions for Utility Operations.
Mr. Bereit has successfully managed numerous projects and provided his subject matter expertise toward the development and implementation of many Work Management, CIS/CRM and GIS Systems. He has led Business Process Review/Re-engineering and Improvement projects at Ge Smallworld, Navigant, DMR, Indus International, Severn Trent Systems, Oracle Corporation, and CSC Consulting. His extensive experience in design, development and implementation of Work Management Information Systems is a result of his engagements at Indus International, Severn Trent Systems, and Deloitte & Touche.
The commitment to finding out who and why a business operates allows him to offer the necessary recommendations for business process changes and to build a solid foundation for the development and selection of systems with better business in mind. Mr. Bereit holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Northern Arizona University.
Bill Elliott, Manager of Channel Sales,

Mr. Elliott has 25 years experience in field force automation, GIS/GPS and infrastructure management system planning and implementation for utility, public works, transportation and telecommunications organizations. He provided subject matter expertise in business process analysis, GIS software, geocoding, data conversion, work force automation, GPS data collection, and AVL applications during client engagements at Exor, Tele Atlas, PlanGraphics, GeoResearch, Rolta, Prime/Computervision, Tektronix and IBM.
From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Elliott founded and published MAPS ALIVE , a field automation newsletter covering early developments in mobile GIS and AVL technologies and applications. Having been involved with field force automation from the beginning, Mr. Elliott understands the operational and organizational challenges associated with automating field crew work processes and integrating them into the enterprise. Mr. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy, a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the University of Colorado. He was a presenter at GITA's annual Successful Field Force Automation Seminar in 2000 and 2001, and has published several papers on field force automation, GIS and infrastructure management.
Peter DeCurtins, Solutions Engineer,

Mr. DeCurtins offers more than five years of GIS development and implementation experience in areas such as object-oriented design, product develolpement, technical demonstrations, and customer support. He has a solid understanding of software engineering principles as they pertain to development, test, release and maintenance processes. An effective communicator of complex software technology and its potential benefits, Mr. DeCurtins possesses a broad, multidisciplinary and technically-based skill set appropriate for solution design and software development using requirements and design documentation through the application of formal software methodologies. He has more than eleven years of experience working in various heterogeneous networked data processing and numerical analysis enviroments, employing strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Mr. DeCurtins’ was employed for five years at GE and Smallworld Systems where he worked in product development as a software engineer, after having worked as an applications engineer and technical support engineer. Prior to joining the GIS industry, he spent five years as an exploration geophysicist whose responsibilities included the design and implementation of long term on-site projects involving seismic processing applications, network and systems administration, and the provision of training and consulting services for clients in both North and South America as well as in Europe.
Mr. DeCurtins’ professional accomplishments include: Outstanding Speaker Award at the GE Network Solutions Users Conference 2002; GE Power Award in July 2003; feature article “VoiceXML technology and GIS” for Geospatial Solutions magazine, June 2003. Professional Memberships: Geospatial Information Technologies Association (GITA 2000-present); and Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG 1995–1999). Professional training includes Software Testing and Quality Assurance, Object-Oriented Programming, Application Development, Advanced Object-Oriented Programming, Data Modeling, and Oracle courses. Mr. Michael Stice, Sr. Analyst, Systems and Business Processes,

Michael
offers more than 25 years systems analysis expertise in geospatial
information projects. He provides IT consulting services to developers,
vendors and corporate users of enterprise geospatial applications,
using state of the art tools such as Unified Modeling Language (UML).
Mr. Stice's expertise includes: process engineering, planning projects,
preparing system proposals, specifying requirements, composing design
specifications, planning and directing quality assurance programs,

Ms. Norlin is a dynamic management professional offering extensive
experience with managing corporate programs and remotely directing
project teams. She is a certified Project Management Professional
(PMP), possessing special competency with Business Consulting Services,
Customer Service, Order Management, Information Services, and Personnel
Training. Her experience includes program directorships at Genuity,
Inacom Corporation, Spectrum Software Services Group, and Tektronix
Incorporated. Ms. Norlin's credentials include Masters certificate

consulting, strategic planning, business process engineering, system
